Manual lithium battery laser welding machine is specially designed for the production and maintenance of lithium batteries and battery packs. It uses fiber laser technology with adjustable power. It can weld busbars of copper, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel and other materials of different thicknesses, with fast welding speed and good effect. Equipped with a water cooling system, it is suitable for long-term efficient work. It supports 360° handheld operation and is flexible to use. It is especially suitable for busbar welding of power batteries and energy storage battery modules. The weld has no spatter and small thermal deformation, which significantly improves battery safety and consistency. The whole machine is lightweight, has both industrial-grade performance and mobile convenience, and is an ideal choice for efficient welding in the lithium battery industry.

Features:
‌1. High precision and low heat impact. The laser energy is concentrated, the welding depth and position are controllable, the heat-affected zone is small, damage to the battery cell is avoided, the weld is smooth and beautiful without spatter, and the battery safety is significantly improved.

Note:
1. Welding of copper and aluminum dissimilar materials: Nitrogen protection is required to prevent oxidation.
‌2. Prevention of thermal runaway: During welding, epoxy panels need to be installed between batteries to prevent heat conduction and cause failures. ‌
