Portable lithium battery laser welding machine is specially designed for the production and maintenance of lithium batteries and battery packs. It uses fiber laser technology with adjustable power. It can weld busbars of copper, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel and other materials of different thicknesses, with fast welding speed and good effect. Equipped with a water cooling system, it is suitable for long-term efficient work. It is equipped with a 6-8 meter extension cable, which can be used for long-distance welding and battery maintenance. It is especially suitable for busbar welding of power batteries and energy storage battery modules. The weld has no spatter and small thermal deformation, which significantly improves battery safety and consistency.
