The laser head can use the built-in galvo mirror to scan the laser without driving the laser head itself. Galvanometer laser welding equipment is the laser produced by the laser passes through the high-speed scanning galvanometer, and then focuses on the workpiece for welding.
The galvanometer scanning laser welding machine adopts high-speed scanning galvanometer for laser positioning, the speed can reach 7000mm/s, the welding speed is fast, and the production efficiency is higher than ordinary laser spot welding. It is especially suitable for laser precision spot welding of various small and thin-walled parts. The galvanometer and laser are directly controlled by the equipped dedicated laser welding software. The welding spot or graphics can be directly input and edited in the software, and can also be edited by AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and other software, and can also import DWG or PLT files.
Galvo scanning continuous fiber laser welding machine is mainly composed of galvanometer laser welding table, fiber transmission laser welding host, and water cooling system. The laser realizes the rapid movement of the laser spot through the swing of the galvanometer, and can realize high-speed, high-precision spot welding and continuous welding of any pattern on the welding plane within the welding range. Therefore, compared with the traditional automatic welding machine through the motor drive to move the workpiece welding, the welding speed is greatly improved (more than 5 times).
