Advantages of energy feedback: Equipped with an automatic energy detection and compensation system, the energy output is more stable, and the consistency of the welding point effect is ensured. When the welding material and model remain unchanged, suitable welding parameters can be used for a long time. When the xenon lamp is attenuated or replaced, there is no need to reset the welding parameters. It ensures stable and good processing conditions, reduces product defect rates, and is more suitable for automated production lines.

Note: The welding machine without energy feedback is also perfect, and the probability of unstable fluctuation of laser energy is only 1%. The energy feedback system is to eliminate this 1% probability, and it is suitable for products with high welding requirements.

The equipment uses a high-precision galvanometer scanner and pulsed laser to form a scanner laser welding machine. It can use the built-in galvanometer scanner to control the laser movement without moving the laser head. The laser passes through a high-speed galvanometer scanner, and then focuses on the workpiece for welding.
