The mold repair laser welding machine is a professional equipment that uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat the material to achieve precision welding and repair. It is mainly used for repairing cracks in hard materials in the fields of molds, precision injection molding, die-casting, etc. Applicable materials include stainless steel, aluminum, beryllium copper, etc. The laser generates high thermal energy in an instant to melt the special welding wire onto the damaged part of the mold, firmly fusing it with the original base material. After electrical discharge machining, grinding, and other processes to form a smooth surface, mold repair is achieved. It enables precise repair of small defects in molds such as sand holes, chipped corners, cracks, and wear. The thermal influence area is small, ensuring no deformation of precision molds. Features include deep welding depth, strong adhesion, sufficient melting, and no repair traces. There is no depression at the junction between the raised molten pool material and the base body.
